As a former professional athlete, I bring a laser-focused mindset to each client and proudly mentor them through numerous seasons of life, as all great coaches do. Having lived in numerous countries and led international teams, I have a strong cultural sensitivity and can easily connect with high-performing global changemakers, as I speak their language (literally and figuratively). 

 

Above all else, I am obsessed with growth and progress, of the internal variety. 

 

Throughout my extensive training and mentoring from top coaches, encompassing Neuro-linguistic programming (at the institute of the founder J. Grinder) and an Executive Coaching course at Cambridge University, I realized that transformation does not have a “one size fits all” approach. So I’ve dedicated the past several years of my life to mastering different coaching techniques to ensure that I can approach each client with a tailor-made process for transformation and growth, including several disciplines for business-minded professionals.
